Design notes — ABT-47216

Row 1 — Active course (current cycle). Status dropdown shows "Active".
Row 2 — Inactive course (previous cycle). Admin toggled status to "Inactive" via dropdown.
Row 3 — Flash Drill. No status dropdown (V1 is Courses only). Shows a dash.
Row 4 — Course used as a gating prerequisite (row 5 starts "After: Data Privacy Fundamentals"). Status dropdown is disabled. Hover to see the tooltip explaining why.
Row 5 — Course gated by row 4. Its own status dropdown is editable (only the gating source is locked).
Dropdown uses the same mct-lp-select-field pattern as Start and End columns.
All changes are pending until the admin clicks Save.
New components default to "Inactive" (not shown here — see ABT-47217 "Use for next cycle" prototype).
